Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-07-09
1. Our commitment
myPitLab is committed to making our web application usable by people with diverse abilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for public marketing pages and core product workflows.
2. Measures we take
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus states on interactive controls.
- Semantic HTML, labels, and ARIA attributes on modals, forms, and navigation.
- Skip links on key pages so keyboard users can jump to main content.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motionwhere animations are decorative. - Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) on public routes in CI.
- Manual testing on mobile and desktop browsers during feature releases.
3. Known limitations
Field capture workflows may rely on camera, GPS, and complex canvases that are harder to make fully accessible. Some legacy or highly visual report previews may not expose every detail to screen readers. We continue to improve these areas incrementally.
Third-party embeds (maps, payment flows, OAuth providers) follow their own accessibility practices. If a blocker affects your work, contact us and we will help with an alternative path where possible.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in an alternative format, email support@mypitlab.com. Please include the page URL, your browser and assistive technology (if any), and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days.
5. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) in the UK or your local equality body. This statement is reviewed when we make material UI changes.
