Does it work with poor signal on site?
Yes. Field capture is offline-capable and syncs automatically when connection returns.
Can clients access progress without app login?
Yes. You can share secure workspace links with published inspections and exports.
How fast can we onboard a team?
Setup is guided end to end: users and roles, report templates, asset imports and a first-survey check. You can work through it yourself or book a walkthrough with us.
Can we map to our own standards?
Yes. Coordinate systems, inspection standards and report outputs are configurable.
Which countries are supported?
The UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand are live. You pick one country per organization and it sets the projected grid (OSGB, ITM, MGA2020 or NZTM2000), the defect library (WRc or WSAA), units, currency and timezone. The US, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, France and South Africa are next.
Do exports come out on our local grid?
Yes. Easting / northing in PDF, DXF, KML and CSV follow the grid of the country your organization is set to, alongside WGS84 latitude and longitude. Capture, map and CAD handover all read the same coordinates.
